The Business has its own world branded range of quality tools to cater for the needs of professional trades people. Its products are manufactured in various overseas locations by a number of carefully selected manufacturers who are known for producing only the highest quality goods and many of the leading brand names available in the market today are produced in these factories.

History of the Business
Business age: This branch has been running under various owners for 25 years, the group has been in existence for 36 years. The current Vendors acquired the business in 2002.
Reason for Selling
The Directors of the parent company have developed and expanded the business to a level where there is now a strong existing client base. They now feel that an individual or organization in an allied field could further benefit from the initial ground work and support in place and take the business to the next level. It is the intention of the current owners to retire.
The Premises
The current Lease that is in place for three years commenced on the 1st day of August 2010 and expires on the 31st of July 2013 at a current rental of $28,498.73 (plus GST) per annum. There are no current rights of renewal although there are no known reasons why this would not be extended.
Trading Hours
Monday thru to Friday 8.30 am till 5.00 pm, there is no requirement to operate on Weekends, Public Holidays, Easter or Christmas by the current owners.
Staff Requirements
The Business currently operates with minimal input from the two Directors and is currently staffed with;
1 x Male 40 hrs State Manager/Admin /Invoicing
1 x Male 40 hrs Warehouse Mgr/Telesales/Invoicing
1 x Male 40 hrs Sales Rep
1 x Female 20 hrs Bookkeeping duties.
Plant and Equipment
All plant and equipment necessary for the running of the Business will be included in the sale and a complete list will be made available to any interested parties.
